Order 3 item received 2 item from amazon….iron and baby bottle cleaner both items are quality productUnfortunately i have to mention worst system and service by amazon as 3rd product still have no status when they will send called more then twice but there typical answer we aplology for the delay but no service and it happance with me more then 5 times

Horrible product
2400W on paper only, not strong to iron a crumpled shirt. After a year of use, a black spot appeared in the middle of the base, which can only be removed with a wire brush. It comes back after a few days of use and burns and stains clothes again. I do not recommend.

Fantastic and reliable
For decades (yes i'm that old) I had only used Braun irons. After all, I am German. While they were good, they are expensive and everything has a lifespan. Decided to give this a try and I won't lie, I chose it because its black and looked cool. However after 6 months, I can say its been a fantastic iron comparable to the Braun's I've used that cost 3-4 times more. Definitely a converted Philips fanboy now!

Das Gerät hat keinen Euro-Stecker, sondern einen Britischen. Wo steht das bitte? Retoure.

Excellent Iron.
Very good iron that I have found very easy to use. Water in tank lasts far longer than my previous iron, it glides over the clothes without effort removing all creases easily. Also I find this iron to be much lighter than my old one, therefore making ironing much less tiring overall.

Had better Philips Irons
So this iron does the job. As a previous Phillips iron owner I was disappointed that this iron doesn't have a clip cable tidy. It's also heavy and the handle is large to hold. Once I've got used to it I'm more comfortable with it.The other concern I have is that I plugged it in to do a calc clean and promptly forgot about it. I found it the next morning at full heat. The details state it cuts out (switches off) after 8 minutes if not in use, this feature either isn't working or is miss represented in the Amazon details.
