I was reading the reviews before and thinking it can't be this good. I've tried so many probiotics and non was doing anything. I have no idea what is inside this pill that as soon as you take it, your gut stops complaining! For years I was suffering from constipation and bloating, IBS symptoms. I've had a lot of pain and I would go to bathroom a lot. I've tried pills and didn't work.The first day I took it, it was like forcing my body to clean up then everything calmed down!I am hoping they don't discontinue this pill and keeps working as it is now.

Don't bother with anything but Thorne who works with the Mayo Clinic. Outstanding product and you can of course trust the contents of their product...would you really want to be cheap with your Olympic Teams?! I had my blood tested and retested because I could not get my Vitamin D up and I bought what I thought was the best. Wrong. No comparison. Thorne is the best..period. My Vitamin D came up into the high normal range when they tested me again.

This product was recommended by a doctor. Upon his recommendation he offered actual patient experience as well as his research into the company.The product works as expected with a quality probiotic. Knowing the product was recommended and the company has high standards, gave me additional belief in it's effectiveness.

I found this product after reading a few research papers indicating that this particular probiotic strain helps alleviating common GI issues. I've been experiencing bloating for years on an almost daily basis, with no over-the-counter products or dietary changes making much of a difference. My discomfort level would vary from the inability to wear tight fitting clothing after eating pretty much anything to excruciating pains during prolonged sedentary intervals - long flights and train rides were practically torture. The only thing that would help with these issues was laying down flat on my stomach for a bit, which is fine at home, but difficult at work or during travel. So this probiotic experiment was an attempt to see if tweaking my gut microbiome would prevent this bloating from happening in the first place. Full disclosure - I've only been taking this supplement for a little bit over a month, so I can't vouch for any long-term effects. With that being said, I am very happy with the results - within about 2 weeks after taking it twice daily I noticed that despite working on a computer for many hours one day, I didn't get any stomach discomfort as I inevitably would in the past. Furthermore, I was able to actually wear clothing tighter than a tunic during dinnertime and the only stomach distention I experienced was just from food and drink. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this improvement will persist if I take the probiotic regularly - hopefully, someone else out there with a similar problem can find this review and find it helpful! Doctors would just tell me to "eat more fiber" whenever I'd complain about getting bloating so painful I couldn't walk without doubling over.

Compared to what I was using before this product is okay. What has made me decide not to order it again is that this company has several products that are probiotics and I can't tell the difference between why you should be one or another, there is too little information for the product description.
