I can't see how this is attached to the door. The photos just show the bar held against the door frame. How is the item attached?

Hello, thank you for your question. After you install the product, stick the side with foam on the transom to your door frame, and make the lower edge of the transom parallel and close to the door frame, and then you can use the product normally.

I have a very tall/wide doorframe (7.5” from outer to inner edge). Can this bar rest on the top *and* pass under the bottom of my wide doorframe?
