BEWARE Counterfeit GHD!!I give one star but would give less if that was possible. Received order on the next day.* The product pictures show a GHD Platinum Plus (latest version), I received a GHD Platinum.* First seconds with the items in my hands and I could already feel the cheap material Used! The engraved GHD logo was poorly done. I compared my friend’s straigthener with the one I received and no doubt, the difference was obvious* Even if I was sure it was a fake product, i decided to give it a try and register the product on GHD website. The “Date Code” which is use to authenticate all GHD products was not recognized on the official websiteI am asking for a refund and hope Amazon will do something about it! It is a shame that it is a Fulfilled by Amazon product, this means Amazon do not even check the authenticity of expensive goods like this oneI will buy directly from GHD in Europe, more expensive, but at least I will get what I pay for

المنتج جيد قمت بشراءه منذ سنه ونصف تقريبا ولكن تعطل الان..لكن الاصدار القديم استخدمته 7 سنوات ،، ساقوم بارجاعه للتصليح بحسب الضمان

These straighteners did not vine with a uk plug (like stated), they make a buzzing sound, they smell of terrible burning and the serial number is not recognised by GHD
