The pump came with an EU plug!!!
The pool itself is superb - just one minor problem - the pump supplied with it was hard wired EU not GB the instructions say don’t use an adapter. On contacting Amazon to point out the issue they agreed it was unacceptable and offered a total refund even though it was from a third party seller. I had 16000 litres of water in the pool from a water meter so that wasn’t an option. So after several emails from Amazon to the seller covering a period of about 10 days in which I couldn’t use it I was promised a GB pump from the supplier - 10 days later and still not a sausage. After some robust discussions Amazon agreed to refund the cost of a GB Pump, so I can now get it started. Pros- easy to put together Cons- no chemicals supplied so you need to buy those - no ground sheet supplied so you need that as well - finally the cover supplied is as much use as a chocolate soldier - far too big Good news it is big enough to swim in if the rain stops !!!

Good pool faulty pumps!
Pool is good but unfortunately the pump is faulty and doesn't work and would not send a replacement out nor did the seller want to do a refund so I could buy a replacement pump just kept going on saying I can't return

My only fault was the instructions were a bit confusing
Both my children are on the lrg size and there is plenty of room. It is well worth the money, and the ladder is a must love it

Brilliant pool
Excellent pool and easy to put together but the filter that comes with it isn’t very powerful I ended up buying another

Livraison avec 1 jour d’avance. Elle a l’air top. Les coudes sont en plastique (solide) je me réjouis de voir dans le temps. (À mon ancienne ils étaient métalliques). J ai installé mon filtre à sable et pas celui fourni. La fontaine d’eau qui rentre dans la piscine est plus haute que celle de mon ancienne piscine, je ne sais pas si je dois mettre l’eau à niveau au dessus ou non? J ai aussi installé une pompe à chaleur (climat belge) me réjouis de voir ce que ça donnera.

Très bien pour le prix la qualité est la . Juste ce qu'il faut pour bien se rafraîchir et très facile à monter Conseil : ne pas suivre la notice , elle est trop compliqué 🤣
