Am I correct in that there’s no adhesive on this pillow so if I turn it up to put in the drum case, is the pillow, going to fall all over the place?

no adhesive. it does have a non slip bottom to keep it in place but if you tip your drum it will move. i stopped using mine because it wasn’t muffling enough for my 24” kick. pillow works the best for me
