I purchased these prior to my first visit to China and I was able to use them fairly easily. I was pleased to see that nobody at the table laughed at me either! (a mixture of Chinese and English). I still can't use ordinary chopsticks, but I'm home now!

I have always wanted to be able to eat my noodles how they were meant to be eaten but I've never got the hang of chopsticks until now! Finger placement is perfect, it just feels natural straight away. A must for novice chopstick users.

I was skeptical of these chopsticks and felt ridiculous after ordering them (lived in Asia, have used chopsticks for over 20 years) but I could never use them correctly. I could pick up food but I was starting to think I didn’t have the right hands to eat with chopsticks.So, I bought these. It feels awkward at first and I definitely experienced a little wrist pain as I was pushing hard against the sticks, trying to get the hand position right.Lo-and-behold, I try a “normal” pair of chopsticks out today and I can do it! It’s been a month of practicing with these Edison trainer chopsticks and I’m sure I’ll need to keep them, for when I develop bad habits again but I’m so over the moon. I feel like it’s a new skill that I would never have gotten the hang of, no matter how many frustrated friends tried to teach me.Buy them, they’re so worth it.They are easy to clean, easy to use and light on the fingers.

I loved it! Easy to use. It's one of the best thing I bought. It also taught me how to use chopsticks, now I can use them easily. Thank to these chopsticks that teaches you how to hold them. I really recommend these to anyone who wants to learn how to use chopsticks.

Super Stäbchen-Lernset. Man bekommt damit ein echtes Gefühl und kann damit toll üben. Habe lange danach gesucht und viel ausprobiert. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Bzgl. der Vorrezensionen kann ich sagen, daß mein Lernset auch in diesem braun, wie auf der Abbildung, geliefert wurde.

Works very well most of the time. I bought them for my mom who isn't good with chopsticks, but loves sushi. It mostly works fine, but sometimes it's very easy to break the sushi apart. Don't know if it's her fault or the sticks themselves; but as previously said, they work fine most of the time.
