What a truly beautifully crafted and exciting instrument.A classy brass with gorgeous curves.I may "blow" at playing saxophone (so far), but I will look impressive holding it!It arrived safely packaged in shipment.The case itself is sturdy, tight, and thoughtfully designed with furry lining.The sax feels secure in its well-designed compartment and it is easy & lightweight to carry (I prefer the handle as of now).The two front pockets (pouches) have reflective striping and easy-flow zippers.The lid lifts up and stays in the "up" position - thank you!The handles have a velcro cover strap for comfortable hand-carrying and there's an additional flap to cover the zipper closure to keep zipper ends from flopping.There are four protective "feet" on the bottom of the case to stand up (vertically) steady - and - four feet on the base-side to stand steady horizontally as well. Nice options!Included are three necessary carrying straps (one latches onto the case so I can carry it on my shoulder), mouthpiece & cover, cleaning cloth, and two reeds.Part of making a product helpful is the easy storage and transporting -- thank you!I cannot compare it to another saxophone, because I am a new student, but the music teacher is impressed (by the sax...not me... yet).I will update as I learn more!

I repair saxes for a living. I'm working on a Jean Baptiste sax now, actually a more expensive model. Run, don't walk away from this brand. The keys are soft and will get bent very easily, key corks are falling off. Don't expect this sax to hold up.
