It’s about the nicest matchbox you can get, and the customer service is excellent. It holds a lot of watches which is great. Although not enough for my massive collection, but I have most of my nicer pieces in here. It would be nice if they can make this about to tiers higher, but beggars can’t be choosers..

This is a quality product. It was well packed and in perfect condition. The finishing is beautiful and it looks far more pricy than it was. Great deal on a top product.

The Watch/Jewelry Box looked nice from the start,but only after a couple weeks the screws that hold the hinge brackets are ripping out,as the pictures show.I am gentle with opening the box no less.I contacted the seller about this,and they didn't respond whatsoever. Their customer service is non existent. I would not recommend this Chinese made garbage to anyone.

Item is great online a plus is the customized etched glass for the top shelf but item arrived damaged top lid was stripped out a base all screws up. The wood out was done during customization of the glass as this item was packed. Perfect with foam and couldn’t of been done in shipping. but the company refused to replace it or refund the money with a closer look. This item is not made very well. It’s out of particleboard with a thin layer of veneer on top won’t hold up to much use. I bought it because it had multiple spots and largest watch the normal box. I collect Nixon 5130s and they don’t fit with the slots.Best to look for a different box

Bought this for my dad for Christmas, love that it has 48 slots, seems to be good quality as well. The engraving just makes it feel that much more luxurious. I think he’s gonna love it!
