Unexpectedly Mated (Sassy Mates) Paperback – Large Print, July 20, 2014

First this is part of a series but each of these wonderfully written novels can be stand alone. Each of them have their own unique Wolfe Brother along with a feisty yet one of a kind mate that is destined to be theirs. I would highly recommend reading the other two Sassy Mates novels. They each do start off at the beginning a little bit from the same stand point but then they flourish into their own story that will have your kindle heating one moment and the next you will be laughing. With that being said Unexpectedly Mated involves Jake who is sexy and puts out like a male horndog (as our sassy mate describes him), however there is even more deeper feelings behind his outside shell that you find out. He leads a business that every man or wolfe would kill to own but when it comes around finding that one; lets just say she may not be too happy about the business he runs. When you get inside of Nicole who is one independent but very sassy and feisty women you learn that there is a reason why she wears a mask and of it is better to be alone than follow in the world she grew up with. I don't wish that kind of life on anyone. You really learn how strong she really is and how right she can be for Jake only thing is she has to realize it. These two will have you awing at some points and you can feel the love that they are trying to hold back; but then the next it had me laughing especially with what happened in Vegas. This author has a way of writing that brings her readers into the story. From the impeccable writing and plot to what she brought out in this story with the characters I loved this one out of all three of the sassy mates. Watch out because she did bring in new characters so it has me wondering what the future will hold with not just the Wolfe Pack but also the other new characters. I highly recommend this for anyone that enjoys picking up an erotic paranormal romance that actually wants a story behind it.

I stumbled across this books release and was glad I found it. I love the series and hadn't realized that this new update was published.I love how these brothers all connected with their partners during the "scenting" ceremony. While I enjoyed the story immensely, Nic's constant whining and lack of a spine became a bit irritating. I completely understand that she had issues growing up and her reservations were definitely warranted, but her "neediness" was a pain in the ass. To me it boiled down to, I need him to say "I love you" first.All in all, I love the "Sassy" series a lot. I know writing and publishing a book is a daunting task, but since the books are published with so much time in between, I usually read the previous books again so I can recall the "conflict" part of the story. I can't wait for Ellie's book.This is the 3rd installment of the series. I recommend buying it. You will not be disappointed.

First there was Aric and Jordon. Then Nathan claimed Karla. Now Jake has finally gotten his Nicole down the aisle. Ellie has four brothers. Three have found and claimed their mates in spectacularly different ways. I can’t wait to see how Mason corrals his chosen sassy girl!
