Very good in general, mop function isn't great.
I had wanted a robot vacuum for a long time and finally settled on this one when it was on offer. They all look similar, but the more expensive ones can map a room and remember it using laser scanning, whereas this one uses various other sensors to work out where it has been. I opted for one with a mopping tank included as other brands made it an optional extra. It was fairly easy to operate, getting the app and registering it on wi-fi wasn't too hard and if you don't want to do that the remote is easy to use as well. The app lets you see what area its cleaned in automatic mode and can tell you a log of roughly what area it has done and how long it has been going.I wasn't expecting a lot but the machine works very nicely. You plug in the dock and leave it on the floor and the vac sits on two terminals to charge. When its ready you can press the on-off button on the top to set it off in automatic mode or use the remote or app to select spiral, edge-clean, random or automatic. You can take limited direct control of the vac but it is laggy and not like driving an rc vehicle, it is however useful for going over a dirty area twice. The fall sensors work fine and it can be left alone to vacuum upstairs without any problems, on carpet, lino and bare wood floors.Once its battery runs low it will shift into low-power hungry mode and go looking for its charging base, once it has aquired the base it gets lined up and docks. Sometimes it seems to go back to base early despite having a full battery but I realised it just decided it was finished cleaning that area, if you select standby and automatic it will go around again.Error modes are if it knows both wheels are off the floor it will stop and beep and message the app for help. It can also seem to tell if the roller brush is jammed but also reports this a wheels-tangled error. It knows if it is upside down and the app allows you to make the machine beep if it gets stuck under something and you can find it easily. The vac comes with a brush/safety cutter for cleaning hair off the roller. It pops out easily to get it, and the front sweepers come off easily too.The suction power is good and has three settings. The dust box has several filters. Its not as powerful as a manual machine but it will pull in cat/human hairs, dust, crumbs, small metal shavings and a lot of other stuff. Keep things like shoe laces and power cables off the ground because they are its forbidden food and it will choke up on them.It falls down a little on the mop - this is a water tank that drips out into a face-cloth like pad on the bottom. It is claimed the amount of water can be varied, i guess by bleeding air off the vacuum pump into the tank. The problem is that once the floor is damp the wheels can't grip properly and the mop unit adds a lot of drag, so the machine sits in place spinning its wheels. It did this on a lino and laminate wooden floor, and with only a small amount of water in the tank. Maybe needs a different tyre material or a less draggy cloth?Overall I am very happy with it, its not as powerful as a manual vacuum and won't replace one but it is very useful and helps keep the floors clean while you're at work or asleep. It is quieter than a hair-dryer and my cat is politely concerned about it, but knows he can avoid it by going up off the floor.

Amazing Product and customer support
Love our little cleaning robot. Walking up to a clean floor is amazing. Also: Lefant is really going the extra mile with my unit. They take pride in their product and I received a technical video from them to help me with my repair.

Brilliant hoover!
Have looked into getting a robot vaccum for a while but was apprehensive as I was worried it wouldnt be as efficient as a normal hand held. How wrong was I? It is very good at sucking up all the crumbs and mess that the kids make. I also tried out the mopping function and it works really well. When I'm busy with my day, I set the robot on and while I do my other chores, this robot does the vaccum and mopping for me. Saves me so much time and gives me clean floors every time! Best money I've spent!

Waste of money. Better brand name products on market.
When hoovering works pretty well but it gets lost sometimes and do the same area 2-3 times. Sometime bangs hard on furniture's. After finish work struggling to find the way to charge station especialy if you have 2 rooms on one floor. When mopping bathroom tiles hoover is getting stuck on whet floor. Wheels ar spinning with no grip so impossible to finish the job. Usually covers 30% of task. When mopping a laminate floor water container is popping out sometimes so you need to keep an eye on him all time. Overal I am not happy with the purchase. My next hoover will be a brand name equipment instead cheap aftermarket rubbish. DO NOT FOOL YOUR SELF IF THEY OFFER YOU A PARCIAL REFUND OR REPLAYCEMENT FOR 5 STAR FEEDBACK.

Just ok !!!!
The Hoover element is fantastic ! Mopping function is awful!!!!!! Not sure if mine is faulty! Maybe someone could help or enlighten!!!! It is so frustrating. When I use the mop it just spins in the middle of the floor, moves a couple of inches, beeps and flashes to say there is a problem! I check it and make sure it's ok.....start it up and the process is repeated again!!!! Sticks, spins, beeps!!! Seriously cracking me up!!!!!

Very impressed
The media could not be loaded. I bought this robot vac to replace my older one which Iv had for 2 1/2 years and I am very impressed with it.The vac is very quiet when in operation and the suction is really good. Cleaning out the dust tray is easy too. This vac is smart and connects to Alexa easily - you just have to add it to the app called “Smart Life”. It will show you battery percentage on the app and even gives you diagnostic when the machine stops e.g. wheels tangled.Controlling it easy via the remote or the app. You can even set a timer for the vac to kick into operation. The vac converts has function to convert into a mopping machine easily.Comes with spare filters etc.

Minimal effectiveness
Great fun as long as you don’t expect clean floors. Even at it’s highest, focussed setting it seem to skim over rather than pick up. I didn’t try the wet setting so cannot comment on that. I returned it as, to me, it was not fit for purpose. I do know others who find it useful so didn’t feel I could score it lower. If you have pets and long-haired children, I don’t think this would be for you.
