Can I use this as a replacement for a Watts bypass valve?

Yes, that is exactly what I am using this product for! I have had it installed since April 2020 and it is working great. I elected to try this because I was having durability issues with the plastic bypass valves!

Can i use this unit with an under sink NeverCold circulator pump?

Even though the valves serve the same purpose, I would think the Aqua-Flash is a different design from the NeverCold bypass. You can get the Aqua-Flash from Home Depot,

what happen if i install this valve and not the under sink pump or at the heater. also what the difference result of under sink and at the heater pump

It won’t circulate.It’s easy to install near the faucet. I have 3 of the faucets each with a crossover install kit I might add that it’s wayyy easier to use a Bluetooth on and off to turn on the hot water. it takes a minute to get hot water out the faucet!!when you are done just simply shut off power to heater motor.DO not use timer….

Will this bypass valve close when the hot water reaches the valve?

I don’t know for sure but I have a small water pump that pushes my hot water to my kitchen sink and back to the water heater until I turn it off.
