Best Carving Fork for the money
I’m a BBQ and Thanksgiving smoked turkey kind of guy. I needed a replacement Carving Fork to handle large pieces of meat.Enclosed are two photos of the Arcos Carving fork. The goods:A) The handle shape and material used are very similar to high-end German knives.B) The handle material is comfortable and the handle diameter will work for big to small hands.C) The diamond shaped fork tines are robust, being larger than the German carving fork it replaced. This is a tool that will last a lifetime.D) The tines themselves are long; almost 6 3/4” in length, (measured from the tip to where the tine ends at the crotch. If you measure it from the tip to the end of the fork, it’s the advertised 7”), so it’ll handle large cuts of meat very easily.E) This product is made in Spain, not in some country where they sell body parts of political dissidents.F) Although not inexpensive, it is well worth the value and would be a great addition to your kitchen. What would I change?I’m more of a matte metal person, so the more chrome-like finish is different from what I’m used to…but hardly a show stopper.

Super Sharp and Easy to Use
This knife is incredible—super sharp and easy to handle. It feels just like something a professional chef would use! The balance and quality are top-notch. And the bonus pairing knife is just as amazing—perfect for smaller tasks like peeling or slicing fruit. Totally worth it for anyone who loves to cook!

Really narrow!
The knife is decent, keeps an edge well in professional use, edges around handle could have been ground a little more, little sharper than it should be, expected a little better out of a knife made in Spain.Big warning to other chefs, this is a really narrow knife, it's more like a chef profile utility knife. The handle end of the knife blade is about half as wide as your general chef knife, it does not have that same heft because of this, and using that end for running through a bag of carrots for example will not be as easy, more energy and effort will be needed. The other side of that is it bring a little lighter and a thinner profile, it makes an especially nice knife for say slicing a case of mushrooms or shallots, it's fast for that. It's got it pros and cons, it does hold a good edge. Definitely atypical as a chef knife in profile and weight though.

Best Knife Brand!
Been looking for a good quality Santoku for a while and expecting it will really help me in prep. I did some research and realized that the better quality knives are made in Spain, specifically in Albacete “The Capital of Cutlery”. Following advice and recomendations from a Spanish friend i bought this Arcos knife. My pervious knife was made in China and the blade is badly chipped. This is my go to knife! This is my new favorite knife! It is so sharp, easy to hold and cuts through everything easily. Makes cutting tomatoes a piece of cake, Makes slicing meat really thin. Awesome knife. I would definitely recommend it.

Clearly used
I paid for a new knife but received a used one.It has a broken box and was wrapped in the plastic that is used when you drop off a package for a return. The blade was clearly dirty and packaging was also dirty.
