Using the eye muscles so intensely can create a bit of a headache
I did this meditation for the first time on my day off, thank goodness. The third stage is pretty challenging, but if you are looking to empty your mind, this is the way. After finishing the meditation, I went about my business. Rather, I tried to go about my business, but I ended up forgetting what I was doing. After doing three loads of laundry that I couldn't seem to motivate myself to put away, I ended up reading a book, which, thankfully, I was capable of focusing on. Later that day, I had to take my sons shopping. I probably shouldn't have been driving. When we were finished making our selections, I headed straight to the door, forgetting that we needed to pay. If you are looking for a drug free way to feel stupid, this is the real deal.

A fun and dynamic meditation technique
The mysic and meditation master Osho left us a rich heritage, not least his many meditation techniques, many of them specially designed for the stressful people of today, who can't just sit down and watch their breath silently.As the name implies this is really a centering device, In the first step, each phase is 15 min., you run on the spot, lifting your knees as high as possible. But take note: this is not really an excercise, the point is to stay aware and watch the body 'running'. In the second you center the energy at the navel, sitting with closed eyes and rotating the body gently to some very acidy and spaced out music from Deuter. And in the third you lie down, rotating the eyes clockwise and centering the energy at the third eye.And finally, in the fourth, you just lie down and listen to the inner silence, leaving the everyday mind and its constant chattering far behind (hopefully).It all may sound a bit 'heavy', but actually this technique can be a lot of fun.Not recommended though if you live in an apartment or flat, unless you live on the ground floor.This enhanced version includes a video-segment to help you get started in the best possible way.

Meditation can be enjoyable!
One of my favorite meditations created by the post-modern Indian mystic Osho. Designed to help practitioners move thru a cathartic process to discover their natural center. The basic theme is to follow various circular motions (much like your mind) in 15 minute musical intervals, using your body, finally going inside. This as well as other of Osho's meditations are discussed in "Meditation, The First and Last Freedom" a very worthwhile book, available here on amazon.com. Peace, ....

Wirkungsvolle Meditation in 4 Stufen
Diese Musik von Deuter, wurde für die aktive Mandala Meditation von Osho zusammengestellt und teilt sich in 4 Stücke à 15 Minuten auf.1. Stufe: Auf der Stelle rennen, immer schneller werdend2. Stufe: Sitzen, Augen schließen und sich leicht hin und her wiegen3. Stufe: Hinlegen und die Augen im äußeren Sichtfeld kreisen lassen so schnell wie möglich4. Stufe: Liegen, Augen geschlossen und stilleDie Musik unterstützt die 4 Phasen sehr gut, bei der letzten Phase gibt es keine Musik, sondern stille, die nach 15min durch 3 Gong schläge behutsam das Meditationsende anzeigt.Die Mandala Meditation war die erste der Osho Meditationen, die ich gemacht habe und eignet sich meiner Meinung am besten morgens oder mittags. Ich fühle mich danach immer sehr erfrischt und entspannt.Die erste Phase, die körperlich sehr fordernd ist, fällt mir manchmal schwer durchzuhalten, wenn ich die Mandala Meditation alleine durchführe. Eine Tantra Lehrerin aus Wiesbaden lehrt die Mandala Meditation etwas anders. In der 1. Stufe rennt man bei Ihr nicht stehend auf der Stelle, sondern liegt und fährt mit den Beinen Rad in der Luft, wobei es wichtig sei die Fußsohlen flach nach oben zu richten. Diese Version der Mandala Meditation ist sicher schonender für die Gelenke und für Bewegungsmuffel besser durchzuhalten.Ich gebe 5 Sterne, da ich die Musik als hervorragende Unterstützung der 4 Phasen empfinde und die Mandala Meditation in ihren verschiedenen Stufen sehr effektive katharsische Wirkung erzielt.

Meditationsmusik
Gewöhnungsbedürftig, man sollte zu den einzelnen Abschnitten eine gewisse Anleitung haben, also den Sinn der Musik mit geeigneten Gedanken füllen, zum reinen Anhören etwas langweilig.Aber ich kannte die Musik vorher nicht.Also ausprobieren!

Osho-Meditationen - immer wieder wunderbar !
Ich finde die Meditationen von Osho einfach wunderbar - ich mag an der Mandala-Meditation, dass sie wieder einen dynamischen Teil hat - vom Kopf in den Körper.Ich bin nach dieser Meditation immer sehr ruhig, völlig klar im Kopf und ganz in meiner Kraft !Einfach empfehlenswert !!!!!

Osho, Bewegung und Meditation, wurde mir empfohlen, eine von wenigen Meditationen die auf mich wirkt. Führt zu tiefer Entspannung und Loslassen.
