Since you never have a chance to actually sit in these gaming chairs because they're rarely if ever sold in stores, you take a chance by ordering one online. I did a LOT of research (web reviews/YouTube videos) to get an idea of which of the many available brands seemed best. I was initially looking for a good ergonomic chair for my home office/music studio and was seriously looking at the $2000 chair at Relax the Back because I wanted a chair with a very high back and headrest (why don't they make office chairs like this????) Then I ran across a gaming chair and started researching them. I chose the E-Blue Auroza over other brands because the headrest is built-in (other gaming chairs have a pillow), has built in lumbar support (others have a pillow for lumbar), has very adjustable arm rests that go up/down and twist 360 degrees, and most importantly: I think it looks cool as heck!The chair arrived in a huge box. One YouTube video claimed the chair is easy to assemble and that's true - I put it together in about 20 minutes. The instructions were clear, easy to follow and the screws were neatly laid out in a plastic tray.Another YouTube video said to not expect the chair to be "cushy" and again, they're correct. It's well padded but you're not going to sink into it like a comfy couch. Instead, I feel like I'm comfortably but firmly supported.So next was the big test: am I going to be able to sit at my music production computer for hours and be comfortable? Absolutely! Before, with a very nice office chair from your typical Office Store I'd get cramps in my neck/back after an hour or two. Now, with the full back and neck support of the Auroza I've been able to work for hours on end without the least bit of cramping. For variety, when I'm editing my music, I'll put a wireless keyboard on my lap and lean back a little bit like I'm in a cockpit of a plane - super relaxing.One concern I had was that I might be too tall/fat for the chair. I wondered if, being a gaming chair, the Auroza might be more appropriate for a teenager. I'm 6 foot tall, 220lbs and I feel the chair fits me perfectly.I can't recommend this chair enough - it does everything I want, is super comfortable and looks way cooler than the Relax the Back chair (and is way cheaper, too!)

I purchased this item directly from the e-blue website for $350 about a year ago. At that time PCgamer had it listed as their best racing style gaming chair. Shortly after my purchase, PCgamer removed this chair from that list due to noticeable breaks in the chair, demonstrating poor construction quality. My chair has recently broken. NONE of the contact email addresses on their website work, all returning a "mailbox full" failure notice. They don't have any US based phone number for contact.For that kind of price, you'd think it would last more than a year. Sadly, it won't. DO NOT BUY this chair, unless you enjoy throwing money away.

Very well built, a bit of a pain to pit together due to instructions being wrong on one step. It was not huge deal, the screw position was just backward and so was the panel connecting the back of the chair to the seat, was easy to figure out.I would not suggest this chair for anyone really tall, my husband and I are both 6ft, I have a longer torso so the headrest hits me at the top Of my shoulders. On my husband it is at the curve of his neck.Even without being quite big enough for me the chair is pretty comfortable for long periods of time spent gaming. I'm not the best judge of comfortability due to my scoliosis, but being able to lean the back of the chair back helps with any issues I have. The fully adjustable armrests are awesome, I have one turned completely sideways to fit closer to my keyboard tray.With a metal base and sturdy rollers it is a very well built chair. The covering on the chair is quite thin, so be careful as it can be scratched pretty easily.

Received this chair last week i could say i love it! The shipping is fast and seller is very knowledge about this chair. Sorry for asking so many questions lol, It's much better than the chair i got from office depot. It gives me a feeling of professional as well as comfort to sit all day at work. I'm ordering one more for my wifey for sure.

I wanted to wait on my review until I had this chair for a month or so, that way I could speak to it honestly. While it didn't feel like it at first it's a super comfortable chair. The bucket seat design of the chair takes a little getting used to if you're used to regular computer chairs, but once you do get used to it you wonder where it's been all your life.
