Some of the best spices I have ever tried! I’ve used them on all different types of meat that I enjoy making one the weekends from brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, smoke ham, and smoked chicken. The Meat Church has some great recipes online and some great how to videos for the first attempt at something different. I have 8 different rubs so far and there’s not one that I don’t like, however each one I use for specific meats…..but that’s my flavor and how I cook, but I can say there are very few leftovers and my neighbors love it when I throw down on the smoker! Warning, my pics will make you hungry! 😁😁
