Very tasty Hatch chili sauce
Made my Mexican recipes easy to make and no one would guess chili came out of a jar.

Pretty good sauce
Not the best chile sauce I ever had - but better than most. I will buy again due to its ingredients which comply with some dietary restrictions I have. - lower sodium for one.

Being a native New Mexican, I am highly critical about the flavors of chili. This is very good.

Kind of bland for actual Red Hatch
I have several types of red hatch in powered form with great hatch pepper flavor. Expected the same with this bottle of sauce. Not close, very little hatch pepper flavor or heat. Hard to describe, more like bland tomato sauce to my tastebuds. Have to add powdered red hatch when using.

Very "Canned" tasting, didn't taste like Hatch chili to me.
It didn't have the Santa Fe flavor, I make trips down there every other year. This is not the flavor your looking for.. lol..Really though, it tasted like the canned stuff from other companies without the zest or flavor of the southwest I was looking for. Time to go back to Young guns..
