Great flavor. I've tried a few different brands. This one is really good

I wanted to use it in my coffee, but it didn't melt down like the wafers I tried. Not any problem with the product, just a customer who uses it strangely. I am sure it is great for baking and more, which is why it was created. My fault, sorry.

I bought chocolate that was supposed to be in the form of separate round medallions. However, when I received it, it was all stuck together and had a white bloom. This clearly indicates that the chocolate had previously melted and was likely stored improperly. I am disappointed with the quality and do not recommend purchasing it.I would like to return this and get my money back, but the manufacturer says it is impossible! I do not recommend it!

So tasty. Especially with some coconut oil, unsalted butter, golden milk and powdered peanut butter and a dash of salt. Add hot water and blend for a few moments and Shazam.

Not chocolate more choconot.

I used this product to give to students as part of a lesson on globalization. We discussed how chocolate is connected to history and why it is a current topic in regards to human rights and the environment. The students made their own chocolate creation using this with different items. This cacao paste was remarkably easy to use. It melts into a very nice texture. We added additional cacao butter and a sweetener, in addition to other flavors and textures, and I was very pleased with the results.

This cacao is very good for the price. I use it to make hot ceremonial cacao to drink in the morning, and this paste does the job perfectly. It's not too chalky or bitter (I do use liquid stevia with my cacao) and I enjoy this brand very much. There were no unpleasant surprises with this purchase.

Just a little bit less tastier than the ones I tryed at like 50$/pound. I feel like this is pure and no fillers with spice or anything.

In my numerus cacao paste purchase, this is....OK !My only concern, is it's the 1st time ( bought well over 100 lb from various sources through many yrs) this one is the 1st to be so....dry & brittle.To my intuition, it's more deprived of cacao fat (butter) the most others (usual!).... or some sort of processed !?!.Taste...well, that is subjective !!To me, very differently.... nice, I like !!,It's make me think it's kinda.... dutched ?!Why maybe dry & brittle ???All & all....worth the try as no one is alike !If your a cacao past usual.... this one is a change !All the best :) !
