I would LOVE to leave a five star review; unfortunately cannot. Pricing some of these filters out, this one wasn't the most inexpensive, but I liked how large the filters are. I used one (of three) immediately. A complete game-changer for me. Incredible that I've been living in coffee grounds this long! These are great, with one big exception. The filter I used had an incomplete seam, and grounds are now (likely permanently) lodged in the top seam/lip of the filter. Disappointed, but hopefully the others are sewn better.

Great for cold brew coffee no silt at bottom

While it may lack a closure for the top of the bag, I do not find that a drawback. I have used the Toddy system for about 30 years. I find this option to be just as good and even quicker for clean up. I carefully checked the batch for cloudiness and sediment; there was none I could see.If you want a good option for producing cold processed coffee concentrate, try this. I believe you will be pleased.Update: Yes, there is a little sediment. Next time I will pour the fresh brew through a standard coffee filter to catch that little bit. Even Toddy has some sediment issues.

These are a good size for making large batches of cold brew. Then fill gently with water and let it sit.
