Q: How long does the water last in the tubes?

It depends. I use mine outside in over 90 degree weather so just a couple days before I have to change/add water. I would think that you shouldn't expect more than 5 days at most from these unless they are placed in a cooler.

Q: Are these recyclable?

I would assume so. As they are actually made from recycled products to begin with.

Q: Box of 75 eaches is $13 dollars?

It was one price for a box containing 75 water tubes. You could get a larger box containing more tubes for more money.

Q: Is there an option on these lids to where you can seal the water in (no hole in lid)?

No. Each rubber cap has a hole in it for the stem of the flowers.
