Works wonders!
Bought a new car and on the way home I got pulled over for having too dark of tint. They wanted to charge me $120 for removal so figured I’d give this product a shot. I was skeptical and only tried it on one window at first to compare. It really loosens up the adhesive, works best if you’re able to at least scrape a little strip to let it soak and reapply often. It takes time but I also couldn’t follow the directions properly (I live up north and it’s winter, I did it shielded by the wind in a car wash bay lol). I’d imagine if followed properly it’d be even easier but it honestly resolved my issue with just a bit of elbow grease and patience while the product did it’s magic.

Amazing stuff!
This product really is amazing. I had old tinting on the windows in my house. The tinting was probably 20 years old, and was bubbling, peeling, made looking out the windows all blurry.I asked various window folks how to remove it, and none of them knew (maybe they had an ulterior motive?), nor did any home improvement store. I did a little googling and this product came up.I was a bit skeptical at first, but at such a cheap price figured I'd give it a shot. Even though it comes with a small scraper, I bought a bigger version given I was doing large windows. I followed the instructions of spraying it onto the window and let it sit for 15 minutes. I didn't cover it or anything like they suggested. Anyway, after 15 minutes I started scraping it and the film started peeling away. It came off in strips, not one clean sheet, but after a few more applications after the film was mostly gone (but adhesive still there), the window is now perfect!I ordered a bunch more bottles (these are smaller than I expected) and am not looking forward to all the work in store, but it'll totally be worth it when I'm done!

Car Widow Tint Remover
Used this on tint that had been on the car for nearly 24 yrs (2000 VW Beetle). The tint had started to turn a strange white color when it was in the sun. It got were it looked like the windows were foggy. I had to drive with the windows down rain or shine. Purchased the removal kit, had my son and grandson remove tint. With this product and a steamer it only took about 30 minutes to get the tint sheets off of side windows and back window (with defroster wires). About 45 minutes to get old baked on adhesive off. Saved me about $450 to have it professionally done.Thank you!!!

Unnecessary?
I bought this to remove film I put on west-facing windows in my home over a decade ago. I followed the instructions and it worked, but after removing the first section I thought "that was pretty easy" and subsequently found out my other panels cleaned off without much fuss.So I don't have any reason to think this is a bad product, but it seems pretty unnecessary - at least for me, so far.To add some context: my windows had gila window tint that I know I installed, probably 12 years ago, and on windows that quite a bit of sun. I had cleaned my windows and installed the original product per whatever it's guidelines were. I wouldn't be surprised if there are circumstances where the film does require the spray for removal, but you probably won't do a lot of harm if you try to remove yours without this stuff before you opt to use it.

Waste of time and money
I read several reviews on this product and then decided to purchase it. I don’t know if I have no clue of what I’m doing or people just write reviews to be nice. This product is no different than water. Spray on and if you let it sit for a minute it dries out. I have almost used quarter of the bottle trying to get glue off my back side door windows. The product does not help as you need to scrape it off with a razor. I already had removed glue from the front using windex and razor. No need for the product. Oh the razor scraper you get for free is useless as well cause it’s flimsy and snaps open each time you hold down to scrape. Mari in china 0.10$ plastic.

This product is amazing!
Honestly, I really am impressed with this product. I've have a 97' that had the same baked on tint since I got the car 20 years ago. Whoever did the tint job before I purchased it clearly didn't know what they were doing and I tried several methods to remove it. I finally gave up and lived with it but recently I decided to do a total overhaul on the car and that brought me back to the tint.I managed to remove a little bit by other means and I found out quickly that there were two layers of tint and glue. I tried steaming the windows, using a heat gun, Bob Smith's Adhesive Remover, and even Testors ELO... Nothing worked. Finally I bought this product.I followed the directions of this product to the letter and it only took me roughly 4 hours of work to get all my windows clean and tint free. I even doused a rag and went over the windows again to be sure all the glue residue was gone.I'm thrilled with how this has turned out and will highly recommend this to anyone.I do however recommend getting a few extra blades for the scrapper as one just didn't cut it... That could also be due to the scope of what I was working with though.

Tried water, and windex with no luck, this did the trick!
So I am restoring a 30+ year old mini RV, and along with the mini RV came 30 year old window tint in all its dessicated and bubbling glory. I attempted to remove it by basically following the procedure listed on the bottle of this stuff, but using windex, and then water, no luck either way and I was goign through razor blades like crazy. Tried this stuff out, and within 30 minutes after letting the soak take, I had both drivers and passengers door windows cleared of the offending window film.
