Get ready to do some work.
I mounted this on my 2002 f350 Super Duty. Everything about this was to wide. From front to back was 3/8" to wide so I had to cut it down so it would fit under and into the tabs. The bolt holes are also 3/8" to far apart, so I had to drill the cross member out to 5/8" and that still wasn't enough so I had to take a round file to them so I could finally get the bolts in. The cable is also very short and won't drop the tire all the way down so you have to get under the tire and push up to get the cable end out of the wheel. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Fit and Works Perfectly
Installation was quick, and it functions smoothly, raising and lowering the spare tire without any issues. Great quality and much cheaper than buying directly from the dealer.

Poor manufacturing
Captive nut for mounting bolt does NOT align with frame holes. I had to widen hole in my frame.
