I really appreciate being able to purchase these product and others made by this company. Most fermented products/sauerkraut are usually depleted in their nutritional value. You can taste the difference here in this alive product. So glad there is a good source for this very important food.

I cannot say enough about the quality of Wise Goat's products. Their customer service is exceptional as well. Thank you Mary! I have tried their kim chi, regular sauerkraut, green sauerkraut, purple cabbage sauerkraut, and the spicy garlic sauerkraut. All of them tasted really really good. The freshness and crispness of their kim chi and sauerkraut is A,mazing. That is just icing on the cake knowing i am getting the probiotic benefits. I have definitely become a loyal customer of Wise Goat Organics. Definitely need to try the jalapeno and golden krauts soon. None the less, all of these will be in rotation.
