Solid as a rock.
Solid and sturdy. Came well packaged, no damage or missing parts. Easy to assemble. Bar supports are at the right heights. Actual rating would be 4.5. Actual bench is too wide at 12 inches. Should by 11 or 10.5 inches.

Great Value
Very happy with this bench for the money. Very solid and stable. Only thing I don't like is it is a little low for my long arms. Pushing up isn't bad but setting the weights back on the rack after my last set and feeling weak is harder than at the Gym. The Gym benches are a little taller, but it's not really a big deal.
