I suffer from chronic pain: Occipital Neuralgia and Trigeminal Neuralgia. Occipital Neuralgia is the worst. Its constant neck and head pain. I'm on heavy medication and it doesn't offer relief for my neck and head pain. I happen to have by chance a cream for fat burning and it wasn't hot enough to help my pain. I searched here on Amazon and the one review that compared this cream to Satan (lol) sold me. Every single negative that has been brought to light is 💯 the truth. This stuff is liquid lava. Although for some people here it's a "AVOID" using product, for me the fact this stuff is INCREDIBLY WORTH IT and HIGHLY RECOMMEND and this is why. Those with chronic pain are advised (some, not all) to use a heating pad to help with the pain. My issue using a heating pad, it heats parts of my body that doesn't need it, makes it uncomfortable to use it and I use it a short time. What's GREAT about this cream is that you can put it EXACTLY where you have the pain at and you can layer it as much as YOU CAN WITHSTAND. My relief IS INSTANT!!!!!! It has helped me actually be able to enjoy my day!!!!!! Its true, if you use too much it ITCHES LIKE HELL. I only use a dollop the size of a nickel rubbed on my lower part of my neck, massaging it towards my lower part of my scalp. THAT IS ALL I NEED. This product is a must have if you find yourself needing to travel and need something portable that you can apply and give you the relief of a heating pad. The price is extremely fair for the 2 pack and IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES. Another thing I want to add, the scent is minimal, and you don't smell like you have massaged bengay all over your body. So in short, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS for those who suffer from chronic pain. Just don't go crazy applying it like icy hot, less is more with product. Start tiny (dollop size of penny, WAIT UNTIL IT GETS HOT, and if in your judgment you need more, apply another TINY BIT until you get the heat needed for your pain relief. I purchased this 3x in 2020. Everyone's skin is different. I use it as I am working out. Please buy and judge for yourself because everyone has different bodies. I dont have sensitive skin so yes I feel the burn but a good burn while I am working out. I have no marks or side effects. I have used a few of different related products over 20 years of working out but I am sticking to this one for now. Not only do you sweat if there is pain , it literally helps the pain unexpectedly. Let's be clear, you will need to workout. If you are just applying this everyday and have no formula of workout regimen , you are probably not going to get results.

You can feel the cream working. First time putting it on was a little burn sensation, no injuries occurred. I wear it when I go walking, and it works just as good as I’d I’m in the gym.

Did not like it at all put lotion on before hand to enhance the product like it says on the box. It definitely got hot so hot when I stopped my cardio my stomach felt like it was on fire I tried to wipe the cream off before my shower like it says the moment the water hit my stomach it burned something horrible my daughter ran and asked if I was okay. I do not recommend this. I’d like my money back since I won’t be using it again. I bought two tubes no option for 1.

So, I see why it cost 7.99. It doesn't work. I put it on my stomach, arms and thighs. It may burn on the thighs and not the other areas or not burn at all even after taking shower. I knew I should have went for the cool sculpture.
