Very disappointed, it stopped working all of a sudden and by then it was too late to return it!!!

I had bought about 5 of these different types, but after a few weeks of working good, I placed water in one to have it run and it leaked water and ruiniond my cherry wood table... Since then I've never bought anymore.

This is a wonderful diffuser. The size is good, it lasts around 8 hours. I keep it on about 1/4 power.I was having a problem with the unit making a noise. I cleaned it the way I cleaned my other diffusers to no avail. Then, I cleaned it with the packet of citric acid that came with the diffuser. I filled the water to the max, dumped in the citric acid, and ran the machine until the noise stopped. This worked great. My advice is to order extra citric acid for future cleaning.The only problem I have is that the unit doesn't automatically turn off when it is empty. The power light turns from blue to red, but it doesn't shut off. That is ok, I already knew this form the item description.

This diffuser was a great diffuser but this is the second one and the top where the mist comes out it bent. Also was delivered in just the box no wrapped box or packaging for the second time. It's working well do far. But this review better not have any lines going through it. Don't remove my reviews without my permission. Also alot of water where the mist comes out when turned up high

I was contacted by “Emily” who asked if there was anything she could do, such as send me a replacement diffuser. After one bad experience, I didn’t want to get the same diffuser so she offered me a diffuser of my choice from their company. I picked one and I thought that the way she went out of her way to get me satisfied was exemplary. I received the one I had picked out today, and I am pleasantly pleased with how it’s operating. While I may have had a bad experience with one, this company went out of its way to make sure that my experience turned out to be top-notch. I’m happy.I love the concept but this particular one would run out of water way faster than advertised. After starting it before work, I would come home to find that it was almost empty and it was at its LOWEST setting. I returned it and am looking for a better one.

This essential oil diffuser is great. I love the knob to turn to get the right amount of mist. This diffuser puts out a lot of mist and runs a long time too. The only complain I have at this time is the lights you can't set to one color. If you use the light, it is always changing colors. I just choose not to use the light since I prefer setting it to one color and not have constantly changing lights.If you are looking for a diffuser that puts out lots of mist and aroma look no further.

Easy to use, no noise, covers entire room. Several levels to choose from and each one delivers the scent you use. You won't be disappointed! Good price point too!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Satisfied customer.

I was excited to get this Diffuser. Its large but no where near lasting as many hours as they say. Lasts me about 6 on full blast, 8 and 10 with lowest setting. I would have been happier with a smaller diffuser honestly as they last longer.

It was working fine a couple of months and then it suddenly stopped working. I was expecting the product to cover a larger diameter of my condo, however, the quality does not match the description. I’m returning this product.
