Hi Kayla. Put a little squirt of the liquid inside your pouch . Rub sides of pouch together to thoroughly coat the inside of the pouch. Repeat after every emptying.

Q: With its limited ability to control odor, wouldn't it just be more cost effective to put in a spoon of let's say Astroglide/KY from the drugstore?

Does not eliminate odor well. Love many of their other products and they are a game changer
