It's larger than expected but I absolutely love it. Definitely worth the buy. Looks great you can feel the quality of the fabric love it.

Great product and well worth the low price! You do have to buy the hardware separately but, it's easy to install and shades my back porch nicely.

We used these to create shade at our city pickleball courts. At first, we pulled them over the tops of the chain link fence and after a few months the fabric wore through on the top of the fence, even though the links on top of the fence were bent back to prevent tearing. We placed corrugated plastic drain tubing over the top of the fence and then put the shade over it. This protected the shade. They last longer installed in a horizontal position rather than vertical or slanted position if you live in a windy area. They lasted a brutal hot and windy summer without any evidence of wear..

I bought this 12x16 sail in June 2020 and thought it would last 1 year. It's now April 2025 and it still looks great. I'm going to buy another for the other side of my yard.Great product and a great price. Highly recommend!!!!

Descent tarp for the money. I am using it in the back yard during family events but, removing it after the event to avoid the sun, rain, and wind wearing it down. At times I let it set up for couple of days without any fear of damaging it. This kind of material can last if you avoid constantly exposing it to the elements so if you are planning to install it permanently I am not sure if is going to last a long time. In the way I am using it is occasionally when wanting to provide a little bit of shade for family gatherings. I got mine on sale so I got a decent price I was willing to pay to try it out.

Great sunshade!bought multiple from this company and all lasted long and were durable in the rain and wind. Heavy duty grommets. NOT watertight (good or bad depending on need)
