Was next day delivery and the item works very well and easy to setup

You get what you pay for
Works okay in a quiet area but struggles when there is background noise. Buy it for simple applications otherwise you'll get frustrated

Great as a second unit
I think the flex is outstanding value. Sound isn't great, but I wasn't expecting hifi sound. She is a little deaf sometimes though!

Dreadful smart bulbs
The echo flex devices work great - the Tapo bulbs are dreadful. There is a reason they bulbs are so cheap in this deal - it's because they are rubbish. The bulbs drop off the WiFi every 24 hours and need physically powering off/on to get them active again. Kept the flex, sent the bulbs back.

Bulb didn’t work…Tapo is a terrible company
Let me start by saying the Echo Flex is awesome. The one star is specifically for the garbage Tapo “smart device” that came with this bundle. The bulb did not function out of the box and the company has given me a nonstop runaround to the point that I have just given up and have thrown it in the bin. Tapo is a total waste of money.

Pretty useless to be honest. Glad I didn’t pay a lot of money for it
