So sad. :(
Sadly, I had to send this back as it is 120 volt, so I would have to buy a transformer to use it. Loved the spec and it looked great, but it was not meant to be. If you have a transformer, then yes, it looks like a great bit of kit for the money.

Needs converter for UK
Didn’t realise it needed a converter as not suitable for UK. Feels like a good piece of kit but will update once I find a converter

Very nice router
This router has more than enough power for use on hardwoods., Love the digital display for the speed/rpm setting. Has both 1/2" and 1/4" collets, both plunge and fixed base. Very happy with this router. I would definitely recommend to any wood working enthusiast.

Excelente router
Muy buena herramienta a un precio excelente, los acabados y el material del router son de la mejor calidad. También tengo un router Bosch, mod 1617, muy bueno también, aunque no está tan bonito como el Skil, el Bosch es para trabajo industrial, le he dado buena carga de trabajo, El Skil se calienta poquito más que el Bosch, pero también es más potente el Skil, y de mejor precio, Tengo otras herramientas Skil y me parecen de excelente calidad a un precio justo, el único detalle que no me gustó es que el cable de alimentación podría ser más largo y el orificio de la base de plástico del router,mide 1 1/4 de pulgada, lo limita para usar brocas mas ancha la solución es comprar o hacerle una base con acrilico o MDF para poder usar brocas de más de 1 1/4"
