This Vitamin D3 capsules is great. I have a habit of forgetting to take my vitamin D3 and my level has been low since 2023. I ordered this last year December to take. I had a blood test taken today and my vitamin D level is normal on the higher range. My energy levels are good, I now longer feel fatigued. The vitamins are easy to swallow and the size of the capsules are good.I will say with this vitamin, because it is a high dose have your vitamin D3 level checked by your physician just to ensure that your levels are good.

I like this product because it's taken once a week. I wish all vitamins could. My labs come back NOT showing D deficiency. That's the point, I suppose.

I've had three of these bottles now, and they're all great. This is one of the highest dosages of Vitamin D I've found. I take it once a week, and that's all I need. It comes well packaged, and I've never had any issues with broken capsules or damage.

This Vitamin D really takes care of my sufficiency

Its really good to have it during the winter season when you don't recieve much sun. Effective immediately.

If you're low on D3 (most of us are) this is the cheapest and easiest way to fix that. You only have to take it once a week, which is great for me because I have a bad habit of forgetting to take my vitamins each morning.My only complaint is I bought the 100 cap bottle and the expiration date is only a year away. That means I can only use half the bottle. I mean, I could probably continue to take them beyond the expiration date without a problem, but I don't really know for sure... But even if I threw half the bottle away, it's still significantly cheaper than buying it in lower doses.

This is a great way to get my vitamin D3 during the winter months. I take it every Monday instead of taking a D3 everyday. No side effects and I feel great. I think it also helps with being in a better mood but that is hard to prove that it is the D3. I would recommend this D3.
