I have bought this product many times and tried dupes to save some money and they were not as good. I decided to buy it again, the mini version and it smudges, I get make up on my lower eyelids. It’s just not the same formula

I ordered this through Amazon when my old KvD liner was running out thinking it would be fine and I could skip going to the makeup stores. I was wrong, it is not fine. This was dried up when I tried to apply it. I tested it on my hand... nothing. Shook it up and moved the applicator bristles around thinking it just hadn't absorbed the "ink" yet... nothing.

When stuck run under hot water. Wipe the run off off on the back of ur hand until not runny. I use unscented un-everything baby wipes for make up remover. Much cheaper then anything else. Also to save only rip off what you need.

I rated this item excluding this last purchase. It typically works amazingly and lasts all day but for some reason the last purchase I made was bone dry and unusable.
