These coasters are thin and a neoprene-like material with a non-skid rubbery back. They are not incredibly absorbent, so I wouldn't use them to protect heirloom furniture (but I wouldn't leave drinks there to begin with). They will absorb very light condensation and mark a spot for your cup or bottle.

These look very cool, and are also made from fabric that is light enough to be very convenient to hand around/rearrange- but also sturdy/thick enough to make you feel secure setting a cup that's "sweating" on them with no fear of damage to tables/etc.

Coasters remind me of a thin mouse pad, cut in a circle. Comes in a multipack. Got for my desk but then used the rest around my home. These work perfect! Contain the condensation when u have a cold drink and also protects with hot drinks. Aren't too thick to where of ur drink slid off ...its won't spill. Pattern bright and just like I expected! Great item!

Given the low price of the coasters, I was anticipating that I might receive junk. However, the coasters are much better than I expected!I got six total coasters (3 snow leopard, 3 African leopard). The leopard print fabric has a nice print, and is suitable for coaster duties. The bottom is a textured rubber (neoprene?) that keeps the coaster from slipping around, and provides extra liquid protection. The layers are attached with stitching around the outside, with no exposed edges, and the hanging threads are clipped and sealed (via heat or glue).

Update: The first time I ordered these I only got five. So that was a little disappointing. Then I bought them again and got all six. I was going to return the other five but they are so fantastic I’ll keep them anyways!. I understand accidents happen. I’d recommend buying them

They are very pretty and good size but not very absorbent but will do the trick for hot drinks that dont sweat
