The rugs I received are just like the picture and the quality was better than expected. I had one little situation and instead of just returning my rugs, I took a moment and contacted the company.Not only do they have great prices, but they stand behind their products. They offer a variety of sizes, colors, and styles of quality rugs. I had recently e mailed the company about something I needed help with. I wasn't even sure if I would get a response. My e mail was replied to within several hours, not just by one of their representatives but two. The communication with this company was so easy and so clear. I was really impressed and happy. Another thing I want to mention is the quality. My rugs came in a regular box, no fancy packaging. I was a little unsure about this but one of their representatives explained to me why they ship it "plainly". I like this because I'm not paying extra for packaging and receiving less quality. Garland Carpet and Rug puts that money into making quality products, rather than extra packaging that goes right into the trash.There was no strong chemical smell, nothing suspicious about my items, and I now know that this company will stand behind their products. They care about their image and want every customer of theirs to be satisfied and happy with their purchase. I'm getting ready to place another order from them.

Beautiful rug and the price doesn't get better, this definitely is that rare gem of a purchase...I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. It is on thinner side but still enough cushion for hardwood floor and has a rubber bottom so holds in place. A few creases but in a few weeks they seemed to smooth out nicely. My dog plays on this rug with her toys, it's a very durable and sturdy material with beautiful neutral tones.

The price was right. It fit my room. I like the muted color. It does take awhile for the wrinkles to come out. I used a hand steamer and that helped.

This rug came yesterday. Yes it is folded and it comes with creases but last night we decided to tackle the job of lying it down as you can see it hasn’t been but 12 hours and the creases are gone. This is a great product for the price I cannot emphasize, what a nice rug this actually is I was a little skeptical and it has a rubber backing so it don’t slide all over. I highly highly recommend this rug at first I thought maybe the pattern was going to be too busy but it’s not it’s just with this room needed.

First we bought the 3 piece and a 9x12 to cover as much of our floor as possible as our 11 yr old dog was wearing a leg brace and the LVP was too slippery for her. We received the 3 pieces, but the 9x12 was delivered to the wrong address. The seller quickly worked with shipper to track, but immediately shipped out another carpet to us. Great customer service. The carpet was a nice shade of gray, but the creamy part was a little darker than my laptop showed it, but once on the floor it looked good. I would recommend for a playroom, office etc. The rug looks good, but the edging could be a little nicer for a living room rug, but it still looks good and would recommend.

This rug is as expected for the price. It came boxed and folded and getting the creases to lay flat was a challenge for the first few weeks. For the price its great, however it does run very easily. I find running the vacuum over it challenging. The vacuum pulls up sections of the Berber and creates runs. Even though this is a flat, unpadded rug I have to raise my vacuum to the highest setting or it pulls the Berber right off the backing. Because of this, I feel like I'm not getting everything up when I vacuum which is a little aggravating. It's not going to last as long as i had hoped due to this. Because it runs so easily, I'm cutting strands off daily. The ends have already unraveled, due to vacuuming. I would stear clear if you have pets, their claws also get stuck in the Berber loops and create runs. It's just not a high quality Berber. However it does look nice and is soft to touch. It's somewhat purplish in color, but not terribly purple. It's a very big rug though and hard to find any rug this size at this price. If you're like me and change rugs often it will be fine, but if you're looking for something that will last over a year I'd choose a different rug. I have mine in the living room, a higher traffic area and vacuum daily. I have dogs. It's not holding up as well as I'd liked it to, but it will do for now.

I have had Berber Carpet or area rugs throughout my life (73 yrs) and have always been pleased with their product. The rug came folded and of course did not lay flat but just two days after use it’s laying very nicely.The design in the carpet is muted and looks ver understated which is what I wanted. It was good buy!

This was at a really good price point. I wouldn’t put in a high traffic area because it’s pretty thin. But for my bedroom it does what I wanted. Colors are awesome. It does come folded up and took at least a month for the creases to come out. It’s easy to snag if you have pets. My vacuum caught a loose thread and caused an unraveling. If you are looking for a large decorative rug that’s super affordable it’s fine.
