This machine is awesome, Very simple to use and the timer helps a lot.

i got this as a replacement for a machine we had that was just to small. i grabbed this one on black Friday sale so it was a fantastic deal but id definitely buy with discounts. you can set a timer for it to brew every morning on its own and its perfect for my husband who leave the house very early. the only thing that was surprising that i did see specified online was that there is whole in the back of the machine that lets out water if you fill the container with more than 12 cups, so be very carful not to make an absolute mess like i did lol.

I bought this coffee maker April 24th. Today, June 6th, it quits working! I am so disappointed and mad! Just passed the return day! When turned on it just blinks when I hit on! No heat on the plate So glad I still have the old one.UPDATED OPINION!I decided to send a complaint to the company.. ended up calling them as the posted a contact number on my order!I had a conversation with C.S. Alexa. After a nice chat and sending her some information, their warranty department is sending me a new coffee maker!! Can’t wait for it to arrive!!

Really liked this coffee maker at first - it was simple and efficient and the coffee tasted good. But coffee grounds build up all around the sides of the basket and underneath, and it's a pain to clean the sludge out, and after a while it effected the taste of the coffee. The water overflowed out of the top several times when I made a full pot. It stopped working completely this morning - 7 months to the day after I bought it. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing helped.

Precleaned the coffeemaker as recommended and also ran one brew cycle using only water. Our1st brew was Absolutely Outstanding! Honestly, we were shocked with the flavor profiles unlocked by the Chefman coffee maker using our regular brand of coffee. I'll have to become use to pouring the water on the left side because I found the pour space limited on the right-hand side, but who cares about something so minor when this machine far outperforms any coffee maker I've used. Really Impressive to us.

I've had this for a year now, it still makes coffee. For a traditional coffee pot it does the job well... I'm a no nonsense guy, so I don't need any extra frills when it comes to my morning joe... I set the timer, load my water the night before, add my four scoops, and go to bed... thats 5 star worthy to me

Hi I received my replacement. I opened it looked fine. I used it and again it didn’t seem right,so I used it a couple of more times not happy🙁. I guess this is obviously not the right coffee maker for us. It leaks and does not give you 12 cups of coffee more like 4 1/2 maybe 5. Don’t know what else to do??? I think we r just going to buy a better one just not that one.
