This is a great product. Healthy breakfast is now easy and quick to prepare. Flavor is very good for plain cereal but I add fruit and milk or yogurt with drizzle of honey on top. Good nutrition and getting great tasting protein in the morning is now easy! Perfect portion size and no sugar!

It is the most cost effective brand I've found for steel cut oats. Also, it is super convenient to make in the microwave within minutes, instead of having to soak oats overnight and then cooking in a pot. Lastly, it is delicious!!!

Tasty and filling! But the real ingenuity is the packet itself - after pouring out contents of the packet into a bowl, you use the same packet as a measuring "cup" for the amount of water needed. It's super convenient and creates literally the same textured oatmeal every single time. A pinch of salt and it's perfect!

The oatmeal is premeasured in little pouches. Ten in a box. You rip off the top pour the dry oatmeal into a bowl and use the pouch to measure the water. So easy and nothing to clean. I like it with honey and walnuts.

I love this oatmeal! It taste healthy and clean, and the seeds are a bonus! Super easy, you measure the water in the package the oatmeal comes in, pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes, bamn healthy breakfast!

Very good value for a healthy and filling breakfast. It does dry out a lot while cooling, so I just add more water and after I eat a few spoonfuls, I add coffee.Very convenient, you can take a pouch with you anywhere there is water and a microwave. Anda bowl, of course.

I like this steel-cut oatmeal because I can cook it quickly right in my cereal bowl. The pouch also measures the right amount of liquid. I microwave it for 1½ minutes, then stir it and add some berries. Cook for 1 more minute, and it's ready. It's quick, and it sticks to my ribs longer than regular oatmeal. I have used Better Oats with Flaxseed for years. A quick easy filling breakfast! My local store didn't have it, so I ordered several boxes from Amazon. I never want to be without Better Oats steel-cut oatmeal.
