The directions were easy to follow on what to use for what in your sourdough bread baking journey, very easy to clean. The size is perfect and the baskets and other items were very sturdy and have held up through a lot of baking. Great price.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!
I waited a looooooong time to purchase bread-proofing baskets and a Danish whisk. I've been making my own sourdough from starter for a while, but always used a regular bowl lined with a tea towel. I used a sharp knife for scoring, and just a spatula (or my hands) for mixing. This set has been a game-changer in my kitchen. It's extremely sturdy, and seems to be very high quality. The danish dough whisker is BIG and sturdy, making mixing any dough a breeze. And both the dough scrapers are amazing.GREAT set, especially for the money. Would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Good product - pieces missing
My bread whisk is missing. The only option is to fully send back the product and I don’t have the chance to do that so I’ll just take a loss I guess. Otherwise the rest of the pieces are good quality.

Great value for money. Can make both bread loaf styles in proofing baskets, lame for decorating, scraper for mixing bowl, scraper for work surface, dough whisk, what else can you ask for at this price?

All the essentials for sourdough bread
Love this "set" of sourdough bread making essentials. The whisk is good, not great, but still better than using a big spoon. The bannetons are perfect and the linen liners are great. The rounded plastic scraper and the metal straight edge scraper are both excellent, performing very different uses. My only negative comment is regarding the double-sided razorblade on a handle to be used for scoring the top of the bread. The bread stick to it, even if you wet the blade, and it doesn't cut deep enough.Overall, I'm delighted with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone just getting started with breadmaking.

The proofing baskets were smooth no splintering! All of the tools were sturdy. Overall very impressed!
