Useful engine assembly lube
I've been using the Permatex 81950 for a while now and really like how smoothly my engine parts go together. it's handy to keep on hand during rebuilds. the red color makes it easy to see where I've applied it. definitely a good addition for anyone working on engine projects. it helps parts turn easily without any hassle. happy with the quality and how it performs during assembly.

Practical lube for weekend car work
Planning some engine work on my old Civic, I grabbed this for my little home garage next to my desk in the office area. Texture is thick so it sticks right on the cam lobes and bearings. During a late Saturday install, it stayed put even when i kept rotating the crank. Im glad I had it.

great ratchet lube
I've replaced all the grease and oil in my ratchets with this Permatex 81950 Ultra Slick lube and it gives me the quietest ratchets, best backdrag, and lasts a long time.

Decent assembly lube for weekend wrenching
I picked this up during a 1 am “I should rebuild that old Miata engine” spiral. The tube is small but for hobby use it works fine. I like how thick it is, it clings to cam lobes and bearings instead of dripping everywhere. First use was on a set of rocker arms and it stayed put while I torqued everything down, which helped my anxiety on first startup. The red color makes it easy to see coverage. My mild complaint, the nozzle is a little stubby so it feels clumsy when I try to get into tight spots. I usually end up using a small brush. For the price though, I am glad I tossed this into the cart.
