We are known as Red Pepper Express and can be found at www.RedPepperExpress.com. Our primary focus in on patch sets and we cater to many clubs. We have the best quality sets being produced. We can charge less because we are family owned and operated, we don't have the overhead of a retail store front or employees. We have a two day turn around (sometimes quicker) on most orders excluding holidays Our quality, most rockers i have seen are embroidered on a large sheet of twill fabric then cut out by hand. I've never liked the frayed look of the borders and wanted to improve on this method. We do things a little different, all of our patches are laser cut to the exact shape. We use a medium weight fabric(often used in luggage manufacturing), we found this fabric to be more durable, resists tears and has the added bonus of being water proof. We fuse the patch to a heavy weight backing prior to the laser cut process. This backing adds stability and thickness to the patch with out being crispy or stiff.
