Rift

This is one of the best albums Phish recorded and the sound on this is really quite good even though it's from the 90s. It won't have the depth of sound as vinyl but for me that's fine. The songs on it were among the first ones I ever heard by the band and I remember when this album came out. It was on heavy rotation among me and my friends in college and I'm so glad to get a copy of it again today. I highly recommend it for any Phish fan or anyone who likes progressive rock and or Frank Zappa. Phish are a totally unique group in all of music, but those influences, among many others, can be heard in their music. It's also a bit of a loose concept album which makes it extra fun to think about as you listen. It's a subtle concept so don't expect anything thematic like Quadrophenia. And lastly the album art by David Welker is just stunningly beautiful.

A very good disc by great musicians. The best part is the beginning, middle, and end.

One of my favorite Phish albums. A classic. Don't know why I waiting so long to buy it..probably because I knew all the songs already from their live albums but is always interesting to back and listen to the studio version.

Sound quality is incredible. Super high fidelity on my system. Worth the premium cost, for sure. Much nicer sounding than most other 180g reissues.

Classic Phish released on vinyl. One of their best!

This is my favorite Phish studio album. Great start to finish.Some of my favorite songs are on this album.
