The chef spoon rest is darling and very nice quality. I got two. I love the length of the spoon rest; most are so short and don't really support the spoon. Even better is the large area for the spoon's bowl. This spoon rest will easily accommodate a large soup ladle, as well as smaller spoons.

Mom's review:My son gave me a couple of these and I got this one to go with the others. I love them because they match my kitchen's Italian decor just right! They have a nice long space for the handle and a very generous section for the spoon or spatula. These are supposedly dishwasher safe but I have found they do chip quite easily in the dishwasher. I hand wash mine now and it doesn't take that much time and they stay chip-free. Other than the minor chipping they have held up well over the last couple of years and I use them multiple times throughout the day.

Nice smooth ceramic finish, good weight, and it can store either on the stovetop or in a canister (up and down). I know the dimensions were written for the product, but I was expecting a smaller spoon. I think this is a great size and wide for multiple uses.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second spoon holder just like this (one was for my parents) they both have lasted very well! Even in the dishwasher. The yellow is beautiful and matches the rest of my kitchen. Decent size holds every cooking utensil I’ve placed on it. Sometimes even two!
