Does exactly what I needed it for is well made durable water proof, fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I won't freeze this winter thanks to my new heated jacket yay!!!

I enjoy the warmth it gives. But I feel the warm in front were the pockets are are not us warm a# the back area.

It’s a nice coat. Sturdy, warm , material is great , but it feels like it doesn’t heat up enough like it shows in the picture. Idk maybe mine may be a little defected or needs to charge again but it’ll keep you warm. The way the hood was made pisses me off bc it falls to one side but other than that, it’s cute

I purchased this jacket for my wife who works outside year round and was really handy for the cold winter last year. She really only used it for 2-3 months and put it away once the winter was over. This year in December she put it on and it wasn't working. I used their website guides for trouble shooting and validated the issue was in the jacket wiring as the battery was working on its own, connecting to a cell phone for example and charging (albeit pretty slow compared to a fast charge USB for the phone). I contacted customer service and they offered my two solutions. A reasonable discount through Amazon or shipment of a new jacket for free without the battery. I took the later and the agent was pretty clear it would take about 25 days given shipment from China. As we approached that date, it still hadn't arrived but the agent again was very responsive indicating that there were production delays but they would have it out soon. Within a few days I received tracking information and again they were clear about how I could track, reminded me it was just the jacket without the battery, and responded to a couple other emails I sent. It finally arrived about 2 weeks after I could see the tracking generation from the China courrier. The new jacket works perfectly with our old battery. Bottom line the company stood behind their product and while it took some time and patience, the engagement from customer service was great and they delivered on their promise.

Something to know about heated clothing. It's not a perfect science. You can't always just push a button and turn the heat on. Quite often you will have to unplug and plug the battery in ,or fiddle with the plug in order to make the heat work. It's not a huge problem once you understand this. These coats heat up real nice and usually last for a little while. Alot depends on the battery condition. Keep it charged whenever you think about it because it may not work very long when you really need it to. These batteries don't seem to hold a charge very long while not in use. I'm thinking that maybe,hopefully the more you spend ,the better the quality.

High school soccer coach. We play from November to first of February. Weather is always cold and usually raining. This jacket works great! It looks night and fits well. I use it with the heater and without. Keeps wind, rain and cold out. Worth the money. Good pockets to hold plenty of items. Easy to use! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. I really really wanted to like this Jacket, after I saw a heated jacket that my friend is using I said to myself that I need one for work. After research I decided to get venustas woman heated jacket (instead of the same one as my friend has). I am so excited when it arrived because I thought this jacket is brilliant especially for outdoors. I followed the instruction, and charge the battery first 100% before using. the jacket I received is new (as it should be) with tags, battery, the light is working (red/blue/white) however, its not warming as expected of a heated jacket. (I only used it indoor) So I requested a replacement with amazon. (To what the seller instructed me to do). The replacement arrived within a week but lo and behold… I got a USED, DIRTY, MOLDY, defective jacket with a HOLE as seen in the picture and video. (It even has a hair from the previous user). It won’t even turn on. The 2nd jacket is not even package the same as the first one. It doesn’t have a tag, the battery not boxed and is not charging it has scratches and writings on it. I didn’t asked for another replacement as this is the 2nd defective product they sent me. And what I received is worst than the first jacket they sent me. I don’t want to waste anymore time waiting to have a working and new jacket from venustas. Buying products shouldn’t be a gamble especially for this price tag. I know I will have my money refunded but the time wasted, getting my hopes up and getting distressed over online shopping made this a very horrible experience. I was expecting to use this jacket for my work and what sucks is I have to look for a new one ASAP.

Would recommend getting an extra battery for those days with more than one game… but jacket works great. Very warm, fits well, and seems to be well constructed.

I loved my jacked but My jacket stopped working after a few months.. customer service was AMAZING and sent me their newest version of my jacket and it worked perfect! Even bought my mom one for Christmas! Great product and great support!The jacket is so warm don’t even need the heater! It’s just a plus!

I bought this for my Daughter for a Christmas gift. She fully charged the battery and only 3 of the 4 lights came on. She left on an ATV trip and turned it on and the battery wouldn’t work at all. She tried charging it again when she returned home and it wouldn’t even charge. I purchased this jacket before christmas so the 30 day warranty expired before we realized it didn’t work. So unless i want to pay another $120.00 for a replacement battery. Wasted of money. I would not recommend this product.Soon after submitting my revue of this product, I was contacted by the seller. They sent me a new battery right away. They were very easy to deal with and at this point I would purchase from them in the future. They stand by their products. I rated a 4 because the jacket doesn’t heat up as much as I would like but it is comfortable and seems to be well made.

Bought as a Christmas gift in 2022 . Used for roughly 1 full cold season and the battery is done.I have battery backups of all kinds that are no different to these power storage devices and never have I had one fail in 1.5 years with limited use. and you can only purchase a proprietary battery from Venustas.Not happy.
