Simple and very good. Easy to install

Just installed, not tested yet. Fits great and price is fine! The underside connectors are metal and appear stronger than the plastic stock ones my Samsonite suitcase was designed with. The handles feel more durable and flexible than the original stock installed. BOTH handles snapped in half on my Samsonite 28" suitcase - zero stars, do not recommend Samsonite, buyer beware - their warranty process is terrible. It's cheaper to buy your own replacement parts than pay to ship the item for repair.

These met the need perfectly for adding a handle (and wheels) to a formed-plywood 1980s tuba case to make it a rolling case. It has enough flex to be comfortable and fit around the curve of the case, but enough structure to control the case as it rolls and feel secure. The included screws were too short--only protruding about 1/8" through the mounting holes, not enough to bite into mounting surface. That was easily remedied, but it's always annoying when you have to waste the included hardware.

The Rubber clad handles on my Samsonite luggage was disintegrating, practically crumbling. I did not want to throw it away as it was hardly used. I saw these handles that looked like my other Samsonite luggage. There were the perfect length. I did not use the ends as they did not match the previous screw holes. So I just reused the original ones. I was about to send my luggage to Samsonite service to have the handles replaced, but found theses instead.

The overall quality seemed to be on par with what was originally on the suitcase that I needed to repair after the airline damaged it, but it only came with one set of screw size that were far too long for a thin-walled plastic shell suitcase like mine so I had to return it and ordered something with multiple sets of screws with different lengths. If you have a thin-walled suitcase, this might not be for you.

Perfect, so glad I didn't throw away my bag!

I bought these for a handle that was ripped off by an airport luggage handler. The original had metal screws going into threaded plastic. Well no wonder it broke, a piece of junk from a major (very major) manufacturer made in you can guess where. This is way better but not perfect as it's merely threaded pot metal that can strip easily because pot metal is basically junk. But at least it's not plastic. There are four screws for a 50 lb. suitcase, so a worse case scenario with an overweight suitcase is 15 lbs. per screw plus another 5 lbs per screw for being jerked suddenly by Mr. Beef. It ought to handle that. I'm happy and it took five minutes to install.
