The metal steering stem snapped.
I am writing today to raise a very serious complaint about your product which we purchased in August 2021.I recently took my 10 year old son out on ride which resulted in the attached.He was simply riding the scooter on the pavement and came up to a bump, the metal steering stem snapped which resulted in him failing and injuring his leg and arm.I find this highly dangerous and a clear product failure.I find it hard to believe that a 10 year riding on a normal pavement could cause the snap- a snap that is so clean and perfect. The metal must be of poor quality and faulty- I am happy for you to arrange to pick this up and run testing but I also need you to understand the distress this has cause my 10 year old.

Great so far
I don't normally write reviews but we got this for my daughters 11th birthday and she loves it.She is quite tall for her age 5.1 so we got an adult one so that it last her a long time.This scooter was easy to use and is very fast, easy to fold and it light weight for her also.It's early days of using it but we hope that it is durable and as it comes with 2 years insurance at a small cost is another bonus.

Waste of money . Only put 1star as it didn’t give options for 0 star
Absolute waste of money. Screws missing and others that have fallen out so the acceleration and break just spin on the handle bars. The display screen has broken on one of the two scooters I bought. I have messaged the seller and had no response. Iv even tried to buy the screws with no luck. One of the scooters folded while my daughter was on it because the screw was missing so you can’t even ride them . Very poor quality and I have very unhappy kids as these were Christmas presents. My advice is do not buy from this seller!

Charge is not lasting long but its fun to use
Easy to use charge is only lasting 40 mins slow too I weigh 98kilo it says 120 kilo weight load its sluggish but for £199 that's what you get its not bad short distance fun to ride to shop etc price should drop to around £130 be more reasonable

Stopped working
The scooter has stopped working. It no longer turns on. The seller is not responding to any messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Didn't last a few months
We bought this scooter 9 months ago and hardly used. The battery stopped working completely. We charge it for a long time and it shows 100% but then immediately goes down to 0 and the scooter stops. Rubbish quality

My opinion
Custom support is great always willing to answer any questions but the scooter itself is speedy is good for about a 5 1/2 mile one way trip if your not planning to charge for a return trip so that's the only downside to this scooter is the battery and upgradability bath and if you're hoping to change the speedo from km to mph this not the the scooter for you

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER Scooter stopped working on second day of use and seller will not replace
Scooter broke on boxing day after second day of use, totally understand this happens, however seller completely ignored all messages to sort a replacement which is still under warranty!!! So now £200 down and no scooter!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!! Still trying to sort with Amazon but no joy, as seller ignoring all their messages as well.
