Ounces and milliliters on the incline. Tsp. and Tbsp. on the non-sloped exterior. Very helpful for mixing drinks, baking, etc. Use it frequently.

Are these also available showing oz/cups as well, not just metric units?

Yes! I haven't mastered the metric units yet so I was also concerned if the oz/cups would show in addition to the metric units. I am happy to report that they do. They show up on the opposite side of the metric units on the outside horizontal view AND they show next to the metric on the inside slope measure view bar.

For short bursts but I haven't tried to heat them for long periods, such as more than 3 minutes.

Why does the Non slip handle keep falling off.. very annoying

That sounds like a flaw. I have three sizes of these cups and have not had that problem at all, and they are all well used and run through the dishwasher. Would reaching out to OXO be a solution?
