These even work for paint-by-number painting.
The variation in the colors and patterns on the handles makes it easy to pick the one you used before or the size that will fit the project. There are 20 different sized ball points to cover any need. The only downside is that the actual ballpoint size is not printed on the handle but I didn't miss that, I just looked at the point against the area I was working on.

These dotting tools add very versatile. I purchased them to make mandalas, but I have used them for other paintings and crafting.

Good place to start but not enough options
I contemplated so many dotting tools on Amazon and maybe I was being cheap… many of these tools are the same size so for 10 pieces, 20 ends… you maybe have 11-12 different sizes? Now that I’m using it I realize how much I wish I had a few $s more and got a set with increasing larger ends. Now you can make different size dotting ends from random household items.Good product, easy to use. Lack of size differentiation for the number of tools.
