I use as a diaper rash cream
I LOVE this stuff. I bought it when I was pregnant but kind of forgot about it as it was in my closet.Flash forward : My one month old had a really bad diaper rash and diaper rash creams weren’t doing much. Also I hate their consistency and the residue the leave behind.I remembered I had this cream so I pulled it out.By the end of the day the diaper rash was gone. He’s 3 months now and hasn’t had diaper rash since.I don’t use this as intended. I still use regular wipes. I use just a tiny dab of this on the disposable pads (I cut them in half) and then rub it on where diaper rash is likely to show up. I don’t use it all the time either. Definitely after poopy diapers, but not every single changing. A little goes a long way.I think this would work great as a post waxing cream for adults too. I’ll update after trying.

Why is this not widely available in stores?!
When something works so well that you notice an improvement from one week to the next, it's worth talking about. Purchased this before our new baby arrived and it sat in the corner on the changing table for the first two weeks he was home. We used wipes from a brand whose claim was "baby-safe" and organic ingredients combined with a popular diaper rash ointment brand and I started to notice red bumps around the leg hole area of my son's bottom. I immediately switched to La Petite Creme and saw an improvement within days that held up for weeks to follow. I should mention that my husband changes a third of the diapers and continues the "wipes + ointment" combo because that's what he's used to but as long as I continue the rest of the diaper changes with La Petite Creme, I have yet to see any angry red bumps or splotches on my son's bottom. It really breaks down the wet poo as well as the dry streaky poo and lifts right off onto the cotton pad (or whatever cloth you choose to use) and it's nice to do everything in one step. The included purse size bottle is really handy and I keep that one in the living room diaper basket. Can't speak to how long this lasts because we've only been using it for a month -- however, when my son has just a shart in his diaper I only use a half pump anyway.

Healed the worst diaper rash in a day
My newborn had a rash since 2 1/2 - 3 Weeks old and we tried bordeauxs with other creams to help soothe it. Nothing worked. 2 weeks later the rash barely healed until we started using la petite. I can’t believe it really began to clean up by the end of the night! It’s been 3 days now and her rash is almost gone. The irritation was horrible at first and I thought it would never be healed! I highly highly recommend this creme for your babies tushy even if the pride seems steep. I haven’t trie any other over the counter creme to compare but I know that this works

This really is only good for wet diapers
This really is only good for wet diapers... you’d have to use a ton for wiping away BM.Otherwise it’s ok. Won’t be ordering again as it just isn’t something that worked out well for us for cloth diapering. I’ve only used it 3 times tho it sits on our changing table. I wanted to love this since our cloth wipes get a musty smell and I didn’t want to store them dry. Using regular disposable wipes for now as it’s the easiest...

Love it A LOT
Nothing negative to say whatsoever. It's just a wonderful product and concept. If you're on the fence, please do give it a try. My son loves that it's not cold like a wipe. I love that it cleans and protects at the same time. He's prone to rashes and he hasn't had a single one since we started using this. A+

It Really works!
Love this multi-pack so much we bought two! We were keeping one pump in our room and one in the nursery but now that baby has moved to his own room we keep the extra pump at the in-laws. The little bottle is awesome for travel in multiple diaper bags. The creme realyl does a good job of cleaning baby and preventing rashes I recommend this product to all my friends whether they are doing cloth diapers or not.

the rash went from bad to worse
I give this one star because it worsened my babies diaper rash.I was very excited to try this product, but after two uses, the rash went from bad to worse. My baby is 10 months old, and I was trying something different, so maybe that was the reason. Starting from day 1 may prove different results. And perhaps there was user error and I should have given it a few more tries, but I couldnt bear to see baby in pain anymore. I moved on to coconut oil and essential oils for the healing process and will return to my typical regimen of Honest Wipes and Boudreauxs butt paste.

Great product
This creme is amazing. No more red skin! My sister in law told me about this creme and at first I was hesitant because it's so different from what I've ever known about cleansing a baby's bottom. But this stuff is super!
