Works very well
Very nice product. Strong, well made and it filtered nicely. But take note; This particular size won’t fit over a medium size pot or colander….just too small. If you need a strainer to fit over a pot, colander or bucket, I recommend getting the next larger size.

Excellent quality for great price
This is an excellent value - I thought the bags would be flimsy, but they are made of good quality materials and worked perfectly for my homebrew project. They are large enough to fit over my 3-gallon kitchen pot. They are very, very similar to the bags I have that were made specifically to protect delicate laundry in the wash -- I think they may just be the exact same design/materials but just marketed for brewing. Regardless, two for the price here on Amazon is a really great price. I will probably order more for my laundry.

Bigger isn't always better
A part of me really wishes I was more careful about the measurement of the bags for my kettle. I'm using a 5 gallon pot to home brew, which feels pretty big to me, so I didn't give much thought to the size of the bag. I figured 1) I could fit more grain into a large bag, and 2) I thought it would just leave a little extra fabric to watch out for on my brew day. Both of those are true, but I didn't consider when pulling my grains the bag expands to its full width, sending scorching wort down my pot and onto my stove. The bags are fine, and I like the option to use the drawstring feature. Again, I just have to make sure it doesn't get in the way. So far I've brewed 2 batches on mine, dumped the grains and washed the bags right away. No discoloration and besides from a tiny bit of fraying they look fine.

This bag kept all the solids out of the liquid, they work for wine making also,
2 pack, washable, I made a compost tea with kitchen scraps that was destined for the compost pile, I added crushed egg shell, Black Cow 5-5-5 compost, black strap molasses, yeast, and two gallons of water stirred all together and covered with a loose lid and let the mixture ferment after three days I put a brew bag in a clean 5 gallon bucket and poured the mixture in. The brew bag caught all of the solids, of which I added to the compost pile. I hosed the brew bag out and it’s ready for the next batch of homemade garden fertilizer. I recommend these brew bags for my purposes

The Brew‑Day Cleanup Hack I Didn’t Know I Needed
The Bellamei 22"x26" 250‑micron brew bags are the kind of upgrade that make you wonder why you ever tolerated the swampy, grain‑everywhere chaos of old‑school brewing. These things turned my cleanup from “ugh, why do I do this to myself” into “wow, that was suspiciously easy.” The mesh is fine enough to catch every last renegade grain, but still lets wort flow like a dream. No stuck sparges, no sludge, no scooping out grain like I’m mucking stalls. When I’m done, I just lift the bag, let it drain, give it a rinse, and boom — brew day suddenly has a lot less suffering baked in. They’re tough, too. I’ve abused mine with all‑grain batches, high temps, and my usual “I’ll clean it later” procrastination, and they still look brand new. And when I’m whipping up my homemade taco sauce (yes, I’m that guy), these bags make straining peppers and spices stupidly easy. Multi‑purpose kitchen wizardry. Five stars. They made brewing cleanup MUCH easier and saved me from the grain‑sludge nightmare I used to accept as normal.
