I love how versatile this is. It can be used with the heat setting on or off. You can use it on your neck and back. It really helps with tense muscles. Using this pillow also aids in relaxation.

I'm on my laptop between 10-12 hours a day for work. All that screen time takes a toll on the muscles in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Knots form and the muscles become extremely tight and very stiff, which can lead to tension headaches. Since using this, I've noticed a marked decrease in headaches and when I do have them, they are less severe. I've used other neck massagers and the positioning of the massage nodes were never lined up to hit all of my problem areas. This pillow is shaped such that my head and neck are cradled and all of my pressure points are being hit. I use this while I'm in the recliner on my couch. I slightly recline and I'm able to maneuver it into the perfect position. Once you find that sweet spot, ahhhh it's amazing! It's as close as you'll ever get to going to a masseuse, but soooo much cheaper. The mesh material that you lay on is very comfortable. It's soft and ventilates really well. Not only is this a top notch massage pillow, but the price is amazing. Other models I've researched were at least $100 and this was a steal at $40. I'm extremely happy with this pillow and would recommend it to everyone who needs a good neck, shoulder or back massager.

Absolutely love this massager. I use it on my neck, back, feet, and legs. The heat is fantastic. My cousin originally purchased one and I fell in love with it. Now half of my family owns them.

Not the most comfortable thing to lean on but the heated rollers feel really good on my lower back.

This thing is hard as a rock and they do not take returns. Used for a minute. Very uncomfortable and awkward shape and size. Certainly not a massage pillow. I'm usually happy with stuff on this site. This was a letdown. Just spend more money and get a better one. Almost any other one that is an upgrade.

I like the style of it and how well it’s made but as far as the way it feels I need more of the roughness with the circler motion with the balls. I don’t like how you can switch which way to go either and if you are trying to get into a good spot and press down kinda hard it’s not going to keep going it’ll give out until you let off. Not too impressed like I thought I would be. I have had better :(
