Pros:*I love the texture around the sides of case it makes it more grippy then it being slippery and fall out of your hands.*Love the price for case is reasonable not to expensive like other water resistant phones. (After my latest review the value for money of this case its not worth it for all the problems I see wrong with said case. I feel this case wasn't worth $45 price range its more like a  $10 - $15 case.)*When phone in case the buttons are clickly and responsive including the screen being functional, besides the fingerprint scanner. (Power Button, Volume Up, Volume Down)*Reminds me of LifeProof cases the design overall.*People that are complaining and bashing said company that it muffles their voice when making calls with said case on. Well you do sacrifice that feature especially when you get a phone case that is water resistant. I mean come on its quite obivous and annoying that they think this type of phone cases won't impact call quality and do wonders when all ports are sealed up for maximum protection, that is the purpose of said cases. Two simple things so your voice won't be muffled in calls,one you either just open the ports when making said phone calls, Or two when using this case you can use wireless ear buds with mic to make phone calls too, its that simple you can thank me later.Cons:*Fingerprint Reader doesn't work at all even after taking off the pre-installed screen protector your phone comes with, it still didn't work even when I try to register a new fingerprint.*Its hard to get out s-pen out with this case on, would need tweezers just to be able to pull out and use the s-pen. Quite disappointing when using a note your inclined to using the pen more. Wish they had an easier way to be able to access it to get out. When I use said case I don't use the s-pen.*I did the water test without phone and it was successful no leaks or visible water when opening and inspecting it including the ports. After using case with phone in it I accidentally dropped in bathtub and upon checking I saw lots of water inside on front of phone and back after opening and inspecting it. The ports had not water inside.I made sure everything was sealed and the ports were closed before hand, everything was closed and sealed. Must be the water resistance is either a one time thing or I got a faulty case. Lucky it wasn't too much water that the phone wasn't damaged but still quite disappointing claiming this case is water resistance.*When phone is in case it gets easily dirty and scuffed. I have to frequently wipe it off it is annoying. Not sure how it got scuffed either when installing said case.*When I observe and look at phone from the camera area it doesn't sit flush. When looking I can clearly see the camera area bulge a bit when phone is inside the case. Also when I touch the back camera area with my hands its uneven and feel lots of pockets when pressing down on it with fingers. Not really fond of that especially if you drop phone on the backside. I'm worried it won't take the drop well and your phone's triple camera setup will possibly get damaged.*With all these issues the value of money for this phone case doesn't do justice. For it being cheaper then LifeProof its absolutely disappointing. Disappointing that the fingerprint scanner doesn't work at all, To the difficutly to get out and use the s-pen daily, For not being water resistant as stated, To case being being prone to being so easily dirty or scuffed, An lastly to the where the camera module on back rests and sits in case is uneven and doesn't sit flush which is worrisome.All in all I wouldn't recommend this phone case to anyone else and will be looking elsewhere for a new phone case with another brand and company.

I actually like the case, for a case. The cussions for the mics started to tear immediately. But I had to remove them anyway because people could not hear me through the mics. And I am a LOUD person. So this makes it not so waterproof. The finger print reader doesnt work. I dont know if its from me putting the thing on wrong or what but I just have to use my pin and take it out for all the bank stuff. I like that it has a clear back so I can ustomize the back of my phone. Oh and my favorite thing is that the S-Pen has a storage door thing. I have had a few of them just pop out and 1 even broke. This keeps that from happening. I wish it came in orange. But overall its a nice case, but not waterproof because people couldnt hear me and cusions were tearing.

I have bought 2 of this cases for my samsung galaxy 20, i have a toddler and otterbox broke really easy, this case is very sturdy (good enough to support toddler tantrum) and they are clear, so i can se my beautiful cell color trough. The only bad is that the fingerprint reception is not good, i use my password instead. Keeps dirt and water away very permeable

Nice looking and drop protection saved my phone plenty of times already. Excellent product.

The case feels like a decent quality case and does seem to be water proof. BUT the fingerprint reader is VERY hit or miss. The S-pen is difficult to get out. Swiping down from the top of the screen is also very difficult. And the case muffles the sound of the phone quite a bit too.

Very nice case. Fits well and looks great. It doesn't add alot of bulk to the phone like some other full enclosed cases. My only complaint is that finger print reader doesn't work well. It works 2 out of 10 times. I sent a email to punk case but I have not gotten a response yet.

This case seems to be a good fit but the fingerprint sensor will not work after several attempts. Additionally the screen cover seems flimsy so I'm not sure how shatterproof that's going to be.

The case itself is awesome.....so far. I love it. Typing isn't perfect. Sometimes you have to push harder but other than that my only complaint was to the Amazon driver that almost destroyed my new case.

Good enough case, but absolutely useless for note 20 ultra if you like using the pen (pretty much the reason why it is called note), impossible to get pen out unless you have fine tweezers for fingers,

Robust gut durchdacht jedoch ist es immer wieder ein challenge den Fingerabdruck zum laufen zu bringen hier sind Gott sei Dank 3 Ersatzklebestücke dabei . Habe allerdings alle beim ersten mal verbraucht und sehe keine Möglichkeit den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren um Ersatz anzufordern da wenn ich aus irgendeinem Grund die hülle öffnen muss dann das letzte vorhandene funktionierende Klebestück dann futsch ist und der Fingerabdruck dann wieder nicht mehr funktioniert

The fingerprint scanner doesn't work with the case onAfter one drop from 3ft it didn't protect my phone and now I have a cracked screen so not worth the price
